6290 Straight Oxy-Acetylene Cutting Nozzle
1. Product Overview
6290 cutting tip is standard straight oxy-acetylene gas cutting spare part, also called acetylene cutting nozzle, torch cutting head in global welding market. It is one-piece solid red copper structure, specially designed for acetylene fuel gas, perfectly compatible with 62-3E, 62-4E, G02-500, G01-100 series manual cutting torches. Precision multi-hole drilling ensures even preheating flame for stable cutting performance.

4. Usage Notes
- This 6290 tip only supports acetylene gas, cannot be used with propane / LPG. Please select 6290NX model for liquefied gas cutting.
- Adjust oxygen and acetylene pressure according to cutting thickness to avoid flame surge or backfire.
- Regularly clean the cutting hole with dedicated cleaning needle to prevent carbon accumulation blockage.
- Store in dry environment to avoid copper oxidation and rust.
