3. Usage Instructions

1. Select matching PNME size according to steel plate thickness; 1/16 is suitable for thin to medium carbon steel cutting.
2. Clean nozzle inner and outer pores before installation to avoid dust blockage affecting flame shape.
3. Tighten the nozzle evenly on cutting torch to prevent gas leakage.
4. Adjust oxygen and fuel gas pressure to standard range for optimal cutting effect.
5. After long-time cutting, cool down the nozzle and clear metal slag inside regularly to extend service cycle.
