The Air Carbon Arc Gouging Torch (also known as carbon arc gouging gun, gouging plier, or arc-air torch) is a professional handheld metalworking tool that uses a carbon/graphite electrode to generate an intense electric arc, melting the workpiece material while a stream of compressed air simultaneously blows away the molten metal and slag. This process — called Air Carbon Arc Gouging (AAC) or Arc-Air Gouging — is widely used for weld back-gouging, edge beveling, defect removal, casting riser cutting, and metal piercing across shipbuilding, bridge construction, pressure vessel manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, and heavy machinery industries.

• Torch Body / Handle: Molded from high-strength, heat-resistant engineering thermoplastic (red insulation-grade resin) with excellent dielectric properties, impact resistance, and thermal stability. The ergonomic grip reduces operator fatigue during extended use and provides reliable electrical insulation for operator safety.
