Laser ceramic ring, also known as ceramic insulator or nozzle holder, is an indispensable consumable component of fiber laser cutting heads. It is manufactured with high-purity alumina ceramic material, which delivers outstanding dielectric insulation, high thermal shock resistance, great mechanical rigidity and stable capacitive signal transmission for the THC height control system.

This ceramic part separates the nozzle from the cutting head assembly. It ensures precise real-time height detection during metal laser cutting. Reliable capacitive sensing helps avoid head collision, stabilizes cutting performance and improves the surface finish of finished workpieces.

We stock multiple mainstream models covering both 2D flat cutting and 3D five-axis cutting applications: D28, D32, Precitec D31-M11 with step, Ospri 3D 21.4 double hole M8, Boci 3D 20 M8, Black King D41 white and Black King D41 yellow.
