Material
This P80 plasma consumable set includes cutting nozzle and electrode. The body is made of high-conductivity copper with nickel-plated surface for anti-spatter and anti-ablation.
The electrode adopts high-purity hafnium wire, which features ultra-high melting point, stable arc performance and far longer service life than ordinary copper electrodes. It delivers consistent cutting effect for long-time continuous cutting.
Instructions
1.Confirm the bore size matches your cutting current and workpiece thickness before installation.
2.Clean the torch seat, electrode and nozzle thoroughly to remove dust, oxide and metal debris.
3.Install electrode and nozzle properly, do not over-tighten to avoid deformation.
4.Check air pressure and gas flow before cutting; unstable air supply will shorten the service life of hafnium wire.
5.Replace the set immediately if arc becomes unstable, hafnium wire is burnt or nozzle orifice is deformed.
6.Store in dry environment, avoid scratch and collision to protect the nickel plating surface
