This 501D brass gas diffuser is a standard consumable spare part for Binzel style MB501D water-cooled MIG/MAG welding torch. It is responsible for evenly dispersing shielding gas around the welding zone to form a stable protective gas layer, effectively preventing air from entering the molten pool and avoiding oxidation, porosity and welding defects. Made of high-quality brass, it has good thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. Multi-hole design ensures consistent gas flow, creates soft and stable arc, reduces welding spatter. It is widely used for heavy current, long-time continuous welding scenarios. It is an ideal replacement part for repairing and maintaining MB501D water-cooled welding guns.

How To Use

1. Confirm your welding torch is MB501D water-cooled MIG torch before installation.
2. Screw the gas diffuser onto the torch neck tightly, ensure it is fully seated.
3. Install contact tip and shielding nozzle in sequence.
4. Check all assembly connections, then turn on shielding gas and start welding.
5. After welding, clean the diffuser regularly to remove accumulated spatter.

Important Notes

• Do not install loosely, gas leakage will cause welding pores.
• Keep the gas holes unblocked; clean spatter on the holes in time.
• Replace the diffuser if the thread is damaged, holes are burnt or deformed.
• Suitable for water-cooled MB501D torch only, not for air-cooled torches.
