Material Introduction

This laser ceramic ring is made of high-purity 95% alumina ceramic main body, matched with precision stainless steel threaded seat and fluorine rubber sealing O-ring. Alumina ceramic features excellent high-temperature resistance, good electrical insulation, low laser absorption rate, strong thermal shock resistance. It will not crack or deform under continuous high-temperature working environment, effectively isolate current and protect the laser cutting head. The stainless steel threaded base adopts precision CNC turning, smooth thread, high coaxiality, stable installation. The fluorine rubber O-ring has great sealing performance, which can prevent auxiliary gas leakage and guarantee stable airflow during cutting. Precision integrated structure, good concentricity, help laser beam transmit stably, improve cutting consistency.

Instructions for Use

1. Confirm the specification before installation: Choose D21.4 M8 or D17.8 M8 according to your laser cutting head model.
2. Power off the laser machine completely before replacing the ceramic ring. Remove the old ceramic ring carefully, clean the contact surface of cutting head to clear dust, spatter and residue.
3. Install the O-ring on the ceramic ring, align the thread and screw the ceramic ring onto the cutting head properly. Do not over-tighten to avoid cracking the ceramic body.
4. Install laser nozzle after the ceramic ring is fixed. Check the concentricity and air tightness, test air circuit before formal cutting.
5. Daily maintenance: Keep the ceramic surface clean, avoid scratch and collision. Replace immediately if ceramic cracks, O-ring aging or air leakage occurs.
6. Safety Tips: Do not use damaged ceramic ring. Keep the ceramic part away from strong impact.
