Material Introduction

The main body is made of high-purity alumina ceramic, featuring excellent high-temperature resistance, stable electrical insulation and low thermal expansion coefficient. The embedded threaded seat adopts precision stainless steel, which ensures great coaxiality and smooth thread matching with fiber laser cutting heads. It delivers consistent height sensing performance during long-time continuous cutting work.

Instructions

1. Inspect the ceramic surface for cracks, chipping or scratches before installation. Do not install damaged ceramic rings.
2. Clean threads and contact surfaces thoroughly to remove dust, cutting slag and oil contamination.
3. Hand-tighten gently onto the laser cutting head. Excessive torque will crack the ceramic body.
4. After assembly, test the height sensing signal and run trial cutting before formal production.
5. Replace this ceramic ring immediately if sensing failure, burn marks or ceramic breakage appears.
6. Keep it stored in a dry and dust-free environment, avoid collision and heavy impact.
