This is GX16-2 two-pin aviation plug cable, a common spare control accessory for TIG argon arc welding torches and plasma cutting torches. It connects the torch trigger switch and welding machine to transmit on-off control signal. The connector adopts knurled thread locking structure, which can effectively prevent loosening during long-time welding vibration. The metal shell is nickel-plated, anti-rust and anti-interference. The internal conductor is pure copper, with low resistance and stable signal transmission. The outer cable is flexible, wear-resistant, oil-resistant and bending-resistant, suitable for harsh welding workshop environment. Widely compatible with most conventional TIG welders and plasma cutting machines on the market. Support custom cable length to meet different torch assembly requirements.
.Confirm your welder control port is GX16 2-hole interface before installation.
.Align the plug notch with the socket, insert in place, then tighten the knurled nut clockwise to lock.
.Connect the two wire terminals to the torch trigger switch correctly, no short circuit.
.Power on and test the switch function: press torch switch to check if the welder responds normally.
.After use, loosen the nut counterclockwise and pull out the plug. Do not pull the cable directly.
